You can use InstaScope in crawlspaces but we do recommend larger crawlspaces (with room to stand) and also taking into consideration how this environment will differ from other areas of the house you are inspecting.

InstaScope owners charge a range of fees — anywhere from about $450 to $800+ per inspection — depending on the size of the project and their business model. Many InstaScope owners and their customers think of the InstaScope as a premium service offering because of its whole-area and real-time capabilities. In this sense, an inspection that includes the InstaScope is worth more than one conducted exclusively with a few spore traps or other tests.
This varies depending on your loan terms and agreements, but most InstaScope owners who finance their instruments pay between $650-$1,100 per month.
There are currently no software subscription fees. We may introduce fees in the future for added features or benefits.
